R. Brian Tipton, a shareholder in the law firm of Sasser, Sefton, Tipton & Davis, P.C., will be the speaker at a training workshop sponsored by the Alabama Association of Nonprofits on April 6, 2010. The topic for the workshop will be "Employment Law Update for Nonprofits." Brian will discuss recent changes to key Federal employment laws as well as recent court decisions. The workshop will be held at the Family Guidance Center in Montgomery starting at 9:00 A.M.
