The Florida Association for Community Action (FACA) has invited Brian Tipton, a shareholder in the law firm of Sasser, Sefton, Tipton & Davis, P.C., to speak at FACA's Thirtieth Annual Training Conference. He will present two workshops: "Nonprofit Governance Under IRS Form 990" and "Fundamentals of Social Enterprise." Both workshops will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010. The conference runs from June 11, 2010, through June 14, 2010, in Jacksonville, Florida.
