Firm Shareholder, Tim Gallagher, elected as Vice-President of the Montgomery County Bar Association

Tim has been elected by the members of the Montgomery County Bar Association to serve as Secretary/Treasurer in 2020, Vice-President in 2021 and President in 2022.

Mr. Gallagher is a shareholder with the firm and practices in the areas of civil litigation and business law. Tim has been active with the Montgomery County Bar Association for many years, including serving on the Board of Directors for the past five years and assisting as chairman of the MCBA’s annual charity event in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Tim also served as President of the Board of the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program from 2013–2016. He is an active volunteer attorney and has been awarded the MCBA Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award, the Alabama State Bar Pro Bono Exemplar Award, and the Montgomery VLP Medal of the Samaritan.

Tim is a graduate of Class 11 of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum and currently serves as Co-Chair on the Leadership Forum Selection and Planning Committee. He is also active in the Alabama State Bar Pro Bono Committee and Pro Bono Celebration Task Force, including serving as Vice-Chair in 2017 and Chairman of the Task Force in 2018. Tim was inducted as a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation in 2018.

Tim and his wife, Rachael, are members of First United Methodist Church where he serves as Chairman of the School Board. They have two daughters, Kate (2016) and Margaret (2018).
